My Journey with P90

P90: Week Two Day Three

Saturday was cardio. I felt like I slug. I stayed up too late Friday reading but I did give the workout my all. And for that, or maybe it was Friday’s weight increase, I was pretty sore. I was rolling StopPain over my shoulders and butt and hamstrings. I think I’m going to stick with Level I II for at least 30 days.
